My mission is to take you on a journey back home to yourself by shedding old, trapped emotions and opening you up to the wisdom of your Inner Voice.

the logistics
While most of your transformation will happen within, there are a few mind-details to share.
PROCESS: You'll leave with a true understanding of your emotional baseline and ways to expand it. You will also have a deep understanding of how to shift your emotions using my system: Express, Process, Integrate and Regulate.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT BOX: When you register, I will send you a curated Emotional Support Box…in the mail! That's right, I said a package. You aren't getting a “bonus PDF guide” when you work with me. This is a physical, tangible, useable box of goodies to support your emotional transformation.
DAILY JOURNAL: The best way to attune to your emotions is to become more present with them on a daily basis… to connect to your body, check in and observe what is actually occurring internally. You will receive a printed journal to use for a morning and evening “emotions check” during the experience.
AUDIO LIBRARY: When you join, you'll receive access to a private podcast with curated clearings, meditations and practices to help you release trapped emotion and tap into your Inner Voice.
DISCOUNTED SESSIONS: As a member of The Emotional Edit, you get exclusive access to book a 1:1 clearing with me. I don't offer these mini sessions outside of this experience.
EMBODIMENT: This isn't a training for the mind – it's an experience for your body. Each week you'll receive embodiment practices to facilitate emotional release and body atunement.
COMMUNITY: All sessions will happen live and be recorded. If you can't join, you can submit a question. You'll also have access to in-between community support via Circle, which includes a weekly #askdana thread. Each week I'll send a video, text or audio reply to messages.

Explore the power of accessing, identifying and expressing feelings and emotions by tapping into your physical body.
process
Learn to squeeze all the juice out of an emotional charge when it arises. Once you've fully processed an emotion, you don't have to do it again.

Experiencing real-time release is an essential component to this experience. I will guide you through the basic clearing process and discuss what / why / how so you can do it on your own.
integrate
Your emotional charges are not separate from you, they are part of you. You don't need to "get rid" of them. This week you'll learn what it means to lovingly integrate them back into your body.

By now you will have shed a LOT of emotion. You are seeing emotions in a radically different way. It's time to take it further and explore the root of stubborn emotions and free you from them.
regulate
Riding your emotional waves regularly keeps charges from building up. When you spend time regulating your system, you will feel more calm, peace, joy and stillness in your daily life.
